1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 10minbox.io ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

10minbox provides a temporary, encrypted, peer-to-peer file transfer and secure note sharing service. All uploaded content is encrypted client-side and automatically deleted from our servers after 10 minutes.

3. Zero-Knowledge and Liability

The Service uses a zero-knowledge architecture. We do not possess the ability to decrypt, view, or monitor the contents of any files or notes uploaded to the Service. Because we cannot monitor content, you are solely responsible for the files you encrypt and share using 10minbox.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload, share, or transmit any illegal materials, malware, viruses, or destructive code.
Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Attempt to bypass or abuse the rate limits, upload sizes, or security mechanisms of the Service.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses or take necessary actions if we detect abusive behavior targeting our infrastructure.

5. Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 10minbox makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Data Loss

Due to the ephemeral nature of the Service (10-minute auto-purge), you understand that all data uploaded will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We are not liable for any data loss, failed uploads, or failed downloads.
